TERMS & CONDITIONS

User Registration: At the moment we do not have a user registration but it coming soon.

Products: All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product. All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware. You will either have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Product Descriptions We at Ashley Hamilton Studio are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. If you experience an allergic reactions please discontinue use.

Purchases and Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

In the event that your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to on hold. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Shipping

We use the USPS flat rate shipping for all of our orders.

Returns

We love our products and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at treatyourself@ashleyhamiltonstudio.com and we will be very happy to assist you.

Free shipping is only included with a discount. As such, if items are returned that take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount, the shipping discount will be claimed back.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If you’ve received your parcel and it is damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues!

Promotional Policy

From time to time we will offer customers promotions, these will include discounts, coupons, soap bundles and free delivery over$50. All promotions are limited to one use per basket. Review & Comments

We are a small family business and we have put our heart into producing high-quality soaps and other products. We also put every effort into ensuring that our products are packaged and prepared for delivery with care. Our customers are able to leave reviews on our products, we really do care; if you have an issue please come to us before leaving a poor review and allow us the chance to make you happy. If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious, we reserve the right to remove it.

Wholesales

Items purchased online are for personal use and are strictly not for resale, if you wish to sell our product then please visit our wholesale information page for more info.

Party Favors

Before you purchase reach out to us first. We want you to be able to enjoy every second of your special moment. Whether its for a Birthday party, Bridal or Baby shower or even a Wedding let us help take the load of with our products. So, our soap favors are not full bars of soap (approx. 4oz.) but our mini size (approx. 2oz.) and are priced at a discount. Pre-packaging and labeling are optional. Specialty soaps are available at regular cost and label can be simply customized.
